Admissions in Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute Sheikh Zayed Lahore

The Punjab government has created in 2003 a unique, self-financing Medical College (SZMC) for medical students, that is Sheikh Zayed medical institute. It was a long-standing dream of people Southern Punjab and the creation of SZMC is a great blessing for people at the junction of three provinces.

Its first record landed at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College (QAMC), Bahawalpur in 2003. Sheikh Zayed Medical College Campus was established in Sheikh Zayed hospital building which is currently with the application and College began its work in January 2005, where the reception was reported in 2005. Later, a second class was called from a QAMC to SZMC in April 2005. This set up temporarily for nearly three years, and proposes to build a new campus in Mehmood Stadium includes 20 acres and adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex. After completion of the college and providing the most modern equipment, SZMC will be comparable with any national or international institution.
