Punjab Government Launches Smart School System and introduce Computer Tablets in the 8th, 9th and 10th class. Now students do not have to pick so heavy bags that are ful with the notebooks and other copies because all the course of classes from 8th to 10th will be converted on the computer tablet. According to the Provincial educational minister Rana Mashood ahmed Khan all the servers of smart School system will be in coordination with the digital library and around 55 thousands schools will be converted to the centre of excellence and every year about 1.2 million students will get Tablets from the Government of the Punjab.
The Brief of this news is that Punjab Government launched the Smart School System in the whole province and in this system government will convert about 55 government sector schools into the center of excellence. The one more positive and initial step taken by the government is that they would convert all the syllabus of 8th, 9th and 10th class into a small i pad size computer tablets so that students do not have to pick the heavy bags that cause bones problem in the students in their very early life. This is the statement of the provincial Education Minister Rana mashood Ahmed Khan while he was addressing in the private Educational Institutions commission.
More Added Rana Mashood said that with the next classes session started in the next year government will start providing computer tablets to the students of the government schools and every year from 10 to 12 lakh students will get these tablets from the Government so that they can easily download their educational courses of all subjects from the Internet. This is the best way to release the burden from the future of our Pakistan. In this meeting he more said that the server of all Smart School System will be connected to the digital library so that the poor students of the Pakistan can also have excess to the modern and up to dated knowledge easily.
Rana Mashood said that the commission of all this project will be comprises of 17 members and among them 8 members will be official and other 9 members will be non official. The non official candidates will be selected purely on the merit basis as only the candidate who have hold at least two years of experience in any private organization will be eligible for this system and project. Provincial Education Minister said that the chairmen of the commission will also be a non official person
