Eligibility for ECAT Test

All Those students who recently completed their studies of Intermediate Level under the title of Pre-Engineering are ready to show shine in ECAT Entry Test. There is no clause of having 60 Percent eligibility Criteria for Test. Every Student have just completed their Intermediate Level education are completely eligible to Sit in Test. After Matric Class when students select Engineering Studies field than they having strong feeling in mind about to become an good Engineer know about every Technical things so far.

Those students who selected after ECAT Test have to full fill condition of 60 % Marks. Every Year Merit goes high and students have to struggle more than previous year specifically in Punjab Province. Punjab Province of Pakistan nominated as Province which is high Ranked in Providing Quality Education in almost all fields. Many Leaders and Scholars made through the Education System currently prevailing in Punjab as History reminds us.

There are about 80 Percent Engineers are working in Corporate sector who studied from Engineering Universities in Punjab. Lahore is most Prominent City among that List. Generally Applicants who have passed or appeared in Intermediate or equivalent examination, or B.Sc., DAE, and B.Tech (Pass) are eligible.

Applicants with following subject combination are eligible for this examination:

Subject Combination (Intermediate Exam)

1. Physics, Mathematics, English and Chemistry

2. Physics, Mathematics, English and Computer Science

3. Physics, Mathematics, English and Statistics

The first thing about to ponder that what is the Test Pattern for this ECAT Test. In Punjab UET Lahore officials gives MCQs in this Test in which 30 MCQs are from Mathematics,30 MCQs from Physics and 30 MCQs from Chemistry and 10 MCQs will be from English. Further Kyhber Pakhtunkhawa have the Paper pattern that 60 MCQS will be from Physics,60 MCQs from Chemistry and 60 MCQS from Mathematics and 20 MCQs from English Subject. NUST ECAT Entry Test is little bit different from this standard ECAT Entry Test of UET Lahore.
