Enlistment / Renewal of Contractors Firms for University of Sargodha 2012

University of Sargodha has offered enlistment / renewal opportunity for contractors / firms of University works. The interested Contractors / Firms are requires to submit application along with the following information for new Enlistment / Renewal document within due date.

• Name / full address and partnership deed of the Contractors / Firms with power of attorney in favor of person authorized.
• List of complete technical staff with their CVs
• Name with relevant particulars of specialist firm to be associated, if any.
• Kist of equipment owned by contractors with make, model, condition and location.
• Authentic proof of financial position such as bank balance sheet of the previous three years and the present bank statement with current balance sheet duly attested.
• Detail of projects completed by the Contactors / Firms giving location cost and time taken for completion with certificate from the client / Department during last year.
• List of cases pending in arbitration / litigation, if any.
• Details of works in hand including name of client / Department / Consultant, scope of work approximate cost, date of start and expected date of completion.
• Certificate of registration for PEC, in relevant category for the year 2012-13.
• Any further information which is considered necessary about the firm.
• The applications along with documents as per format prescribed by PEC are required to last date for submission of documents is 31^st July 2012.
