Higher Education Commission Sector H-9 Islamabad, Pakistan offers jobs 2012 and applications are invited from Pakistani Nations for the following Projects positions on contract basis.

Instructions:

• Applicants are required to apply online through website http://hip.hec.gov.pk and send hard copy of the same application along with the photograph and attested photocopies of required documents (viz. educational and experience certificates, domicile etc. ). Last date for submission of application is 21-10-2012.
• The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered / counted as experience. Selectee can be posted anywhere in Pakistan and may be assigned to any other approved of HEC.
• Master degree means 16 year of education.
• Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. Age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
• Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained. Only eligible candidates will be called for test and interview.
• Written test of the eligible candidates for the posts at Sr. No. 1-8 will be conducted through NTS on 04-11-2012. Candidates are advised to visit website (www.nts.org.pk) after the closing date.
• Interview of eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad / Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted via video conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar.)
• Application processing fee@ Rs. 300/- for the posts at Sr. No 1 to 8, Rs. 200/- for the posts at Sr. No. 9 may be deposited in the online A/C No. 0112-7900567403 of HEC maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd. A proforma for depositing fee is available at www.hec.gov.pk/payment. Banks Drafts / Postal Order will also be acceptable as application processing fee.
• No TA / DA will be admission for appearing in test / Interview. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. It may also be noted that beside the salary, no other facility (like housing, conveyance allowance telephone, medical etc.) will be admissible to the selected candidates. Apply separately for each post. Name of the post along with project name should be clearly mentioned on the application / envelope.
