2. Age should be 36 to 48 years if his service age and current age is deducted. Current age should not more than 40 years old.

You can take application forms from district police head quarter (DPO or CCPO) office in Rs. 20/-. After taking application forms fills in dully and attach all the required documents with it including your domicile and CNIC photocopies. All attachments will be attested.
