- If you have not registered with the portal then create your account.
- Give the username and password.
- The Portal Dashboard will show on your screen.
- Fill out the online application form.
- When you fill application then carefully select the program in which you are interested in enrolling.
- After giving all personal, Academic, and other info on the portal click on the submit option.
- Your application will be submitted successfully.

PM Youth Development Program is now open and the last date for registration is April 2024. After this date, nobody will register through the portal while by-hand applications will not be accepted.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for PM Youth Skill Program?
- Candidates can apply between 18 years old to 40 years.
- If you have taken benefits already from another government scheme or NAVTTC then you will not be eligible for this program.
- Only those applications will be eligible to process who will receive them before the last date which is April 2024.
- Candidates who will come in the final merit list just they will enroll in the PM Youth Development Program while other candidates will be out of this race.
