The Institute of Education and Research is the constituent college of Punjab University which was established in 1960. It offers B.ed, M.Phil, PhD and PGD in education. Punjab University PU Morning, Afternoon, evening programs admissions are being offered on two times, once in spring and fall admission session. Currently the fall admissions are open for 1.5 years B.Ed program and students who BA/BSC, MA/MSC or any other 16 years degree is allowed to apply for the admission. Online application forms for these admissions will be available from the 17 September and students will able to do online registration till 17 September 2018.

Punjab University Lahore B.Ed Admission 2018:
Punjab University has announced admission for 1.5 years B.ed program for 16-year degree holders to provide the professional education. Students with at least 2nd division are allowed to apply for the admission.
B.Ed Admission 2018 Punjab University Lahore Eligibility Criteria:
- The age of the student must not be more than 28 years at the time of admission
- 2nd division in BA/BSC, MA/MSC, or equal 16 year degree is compulsory otherwise the admission will not granted to students
- All admissions will be on merit basis however stands can apply on sports or quota basis too
B.Ed Admission 2018 Punjab University Lahore Schedule:
- Admission forms will available from 17 September 2018
- Last date to submit online admission form is 28 September 2018
- Manual forms will receive till 5th October 2018
Punjab University B.Ed Admission Online Procedure:
Students can apply online by visiting the pu.edu.pk. In case of online filing, complete the application form and then download the challan form. Submit 200 fees in HBL or UBL bank and then proceed the step and then print out the application form. Now send application form along with documents through post or courier to the relevant department.
In case if a student is facing difficulty in online form submission then he/she can download form from http://journals.pu.edu.pk/newadmission. Now fill the application form and deposit challan of 500 in HBL or UBL. In the last step, send this filled application to the department through post or surface mail like TCS.
