Male Oriented: One of the very common and most popular business cultural traits in Pakistan is the domination of male gender in the business and corporate world. This is because many religious scholars and extremists don’t appreciate women taking part in the business world and the one who is found to be associated with the business world is also being known as unwanted and with a bad eye.

Unpunctual: Pakistan business and corporate culture do have the trait and culture of unpunctual which means that the time policy of the corporate is one of the negative traits in the culture. Late working hours, miss-match of the balance of the time and dedication is being missed in the country’s corporate and business culture.

Collaboration: Pakistan business culture has one of the trait of collaboration which means that the business world is more focused on collaborating as the firms and the business are more fond of joining hands and dealing in partnerships which means that two or more businesses do join hands together and contributes in either financing or even in running the processes and operations.

Trust: Pakistan Business culture is deficient of trust and loyalty. The people are unwilling to either trust their teams or even trust the clients and for that purpose they are not willing to take the due risk which has restricted them from innovation. People are not willing to invest on any unknown person which has also limited the resources

Knowledge Capitalization, Knowledge Capturing, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Transformation and Knowledge Transfer are the few processes which are considered to be very much crucial in any business world but unfortunately they are very much deficient and absent in the Pakistani business and corporate culture.
