SZABIST takes the final decision regarding admission distribution on the merit list. So, everyone who has appeared in the entry test is now asking merit list. As per the schedule of SZABIST, the merit list will be announced on 5 August 2025, and nobody knows how many merit lists will be announced this year. According to the previous year’s record, SZABIST issued three merit lists on different dates. Further, guidelines related to what happens after the merit list and some other information are given below.
SZABIST Karachi Campus Merit List 2025
The first branch of SZABIST is the Karachi campus, and its management is ready to announce the merit list of all programs on 5 August 2025. The merit list will be uploaded on the official webpage as well as published on the notice board. Further, the schedule exists and must be read.

SZABIST Islamabad Campus Merit List 2025
The administration takes an entry test, an interview, and now it is going to start preparing the merit list, which will be announced on 5 August 2025. After that, students are responsible for paying the fee and submitting other documents on time. Otherwise, your seat will be given to another person who is on the waiting list.

After the merit list timeline schedule is given, and if your name comes in the merit list, then you will perform other activities like fee submission, orientation, and commencement of class according to the dates.

- Commencement of Classes: 15 September 2025
What After Merit List?
After the merit list, successful candidates will clear all remaining dues within time, like before 18 August 2025, and then wait for the commencement of class.
One thing is clear: all those students whose names appear in the final list will be required to submit the remaining dues before the due date. Otherwise, your seat will be allotted to another candidates who exist on the waiting list.
