2nd Year Admission Last Date 2026 Punjab Board

11 February is the last date for the FA Private Admission Form 2026. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE boards of Punjab have opened admission for private students who want to appear in the FA annual exam 2026. FA exams are going to start in April 2026 for Part 1 and Part 2. The Lahore board FA Private Admission form is also available for Lahore board students. Likewise, the Gujranwala Board private admission form 2026 is also available for those students who want to do private registration for the annual exams with a single, double, or triple fee. Faisalabad Board, Sahiwal Board, Rawalpindi Board, D.G Khan Board, Sargodha Board, Multan Board, and Bahawalpur Board have also opened admission for private students.

Thousands of candidates are ready to appear in the FA Exam, but must first complete their registration and then be eligible. So, all boards have opened admission, but students who are applying for the first time do not know how to apply or what the last date. Intermediate exams are going to start on 5^th May as per the latest notification by the Punjab boards. The online FA Private Admission form is now available on this page as well as on the official websites of each board. The last date to submit the Private Admission Form 2026 for FA is also declared by these boards. The last date with a single, double, and triple fee is also mentioned on this page for students.

Eligibility Criteria for 2nd Year Admission 2026

To apply for 2nd Year, you must meet the following criteria:

• Successfully passed 1st Year (Intermediate Part I) or equivalent from any recognized Board.

• Students transferring from other boards must submit transfer certificates.

• Private candidates are eligible if they have completed 1st Year and meet age requirements set by the Board.

• There may be no specific age limit, but check with your Board for confirmation.

Required Documents

Make sure to have all the necessary documents ready to avoid delays:

• 1st Year Marksheet / DMC

• CNIC / B-Form

• Passport-size photographs (2–4 photos as per Board instructions)

• Fee deposit slip / challan

• Transfer Certificate (for students moving from another board or school)

Admission Procedure

For Regular Students:

1. Obtain the admission form from your school.

2. Fill in personal and academic details carefully.

3. Attach required documents and fee receipt.

4. Submit the completed form to your school before the last date.

For Private Candidates:

1. Visit your respective Punjab Board’s official website.

2. Download or fill out the online admission form.

3. Upload scanned copies of the required documents.

4. Pay the admission fee online or via bank challan.

5. Submit the form before the last date.

Students are allowed to download the FA Private admission forms from the official websites of these boards or from this site. After downloading the admission form, it must be submitted to any HBL branch in Punjab along with the admission processing fee.
