Eligibility Criteria for CS
All candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Those who have taken 60% marks in the HSSC examination are eligible.
- Those who have an equivalent examination certificate are also eligible.
- Those who are waiting for the result are also eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for BS (Civil and Electrical Engineering)
- 60% marks in SSC (Matric).
- At least 60% marks in the Pre-Engineering.
- Eligible students must have studied mathematics at their HSSC level.
Selection Criteria:
- The admissions will be granted on the basis of Matric, Inter, and Entry Test grades.
- 50% marks for an intermediate part I or an equivalent exam.
- Students must obtain 50% marks to pass the entry test.
Fast University Lahore Entry Test
An entry test for admission is taken by the FAST university. The marks distribution for BS (Engg. and CS) programs are the following:
- 10% of English marks
- 20% analytical skills and IQ
- 40% advanced math
- 20% basic math
- 10% physics
- There is negative marking and the use of a calculator is strongly prohibited in the test
