How to Apply on the UHS Admission Portal
- Register on publicmbbs.uhs.edu.pk (MBBS).
- Fill in your profile and choose every seat category you are eligible for: Open Merit, Under-Developed Districts, Cholistan, Students with Disabilities, Reciprocal or Overseas Pakistani.
- Enter your Matric and FSc marks and MDCAT score, and upload scanned documents (PNG or JPG, under 500 KB each).
- Select colleges in order of preference. You must select all the colleges available in your seat category.
- Pay the Rs 2,000 processing fee at Bank of Punjab or National Bank of Pakistan (not 1Bill top-up) and upload the paid challan.
- Submit before 30 October 2026. Your preference order is locked after the deadline.
Eligibility
- MDCAT 2026, 2025 or 2024 with at least 55% marks for MBBS.
- FSc Pre-Medical, or an IBCC-equivalent qualification, with at least 60% marks in Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics.
- A Punjab domicile is mandatory, except for Overseas Pakistani quota seats.
- Quota seats (Under-Developed Districts, Cholistan, Disabilities) have extra conditions and documents set out in the UHS prospectus.

The DG Khan Medical College merit list is issued by UHS, not by the college. UHS publishes one order of merit and college-wise selection lists on uhs.edu.pk; it does not send call letters.

Aggregate formula: Matric 10% + FSc 40% + MDCAT 50%. For example, 90% in Matric, 85% in FSc and 80% in MDCAT gives 9 + 34 + 40 = 83%.
Upgradation is mandatory: if a higher preference opens up in a later list, you are moved there automatically and must report to the new college on time, or your admission is cancelled. UHS transfers your fee to the new college.

If you are selected, download the fee challan from the UHS admission portal and pay it at Bank of Punjab or National Bank of Pakistan by the due date; missing the deadline forfeits the seat.
