• Select your University & Campus
• Click Submit

Laptop Distribution Process 2025

Once the merit list is out, here’s what happens:

1. Document Verification by University

2. Final List Submission to HEC

3. Laptop Distribution Ceremony (sometimes with government officials)

4. Students will receive a call, SMS, or email for collection

Common Reasons for Rejection

If you’re not selected, it might be because of:

• Incomplete application

• Wrong academic information

• Not meeting eligibility criteria

• University didn’t verify your record

• Applying from a private university
