State Bank of Pakistan has announced the Internship 2024 and the last date to apply online is 15 February 2024. After this date, no application will be processed by the administration. Furthermore, if they extend the last date to apply then we will update this page.
Duration of the Internship?
The duration of the internship is 6 weeks and will be conducted from June 24, 2024, to August 02, 2024 summer. During this period, interns will be assigned to one of the SBP’s departments, depending on their qualifications, competencies, and interests.
What are the Eligibility Criteria?
- Applicants must be Pakistani nationals currently studying in an accredited university, college, or similar institution.
- Only candidates of age less than 25 are eligible to apply
- Students must be enrolled in one of the mentioned disciplines; Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Agriculture, Media Sciences/Mass Communication, Information Systems, and Technology.
- Students must have completed at least two (2) years out of four (4) of their Bachelor’s degree or have enrolled in a Master’s Program.
- Students should have at least 70% percent marks where the percentage system is applied.
- Students must have at least a 3.00 GPA out of 4.00 or a 4.00 GPA out of 5.00, the GPA system is applied.
Application Procedure
- Interested applicants must submit an online application form at the State Bank of Pakistan website.
- Applications without the necessary details won’t be shortlisted.
- Applications sent via email, surface mail, or in person will not be considered.
- Candidates can email [email protected] if they experience any technical difficulties when submitting their applications.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and further selection process.
Selection
- The shortlisted students must submit scanned attested copies of their official transcript from the previous semester, their CNIC/NICOP, a valid Pakistani passport, proof of residence, and one passport-size photo.
- Anyone who tries to distort the shortlisting procedure will be automatically disqualified from the internship.
- Misinformation at any stage will result in the internship application being canceled right away.
- SBP will select the students, and those students will receive a confirmation email along with instructions on how to attend the internship.
