- You need to visit the official webpage of HEC and create their account if you have not.
- Login to their account and elect the scholarship of Finland.
- Fill out the online application form and attach all necessary documents.
- Click on the submit option and wait for HEC’s response.
Note: After submitting the application you need to wait for HEC’s response because they will send an invitation letter for an interview.
