Pakistan Medical Commission gives direction to UHS to manage the MDCAT exam in the province of Punjab. Right now, the administration starts work and accepts MDCAT applications, and then issues the roll no slip. So, all those students who have submitted their application form now wait for the roll no slip. Hopefully, it will be uploaded on the official UHS page at the end of August or the first week of September. The most important, your center detail, seat no, time, and date are mentioned on the roll no slip.
How to Download MDCAT Roll No Slip?
- To start the process, you need to click the link. You will reach the MDCAT portal for the admit card download.
- There, you will see spaces where you have to enter some details.
- First, you have to enter your full name. Remember, this name should be identical to the one you entered during registration.
- Next, enter the last 4 digits of your CNIC. If you have applied via JV/passport/NICOP/B-Form, enter those last 4 digits.
- The last thing is to do a simple calculation and write the answer.
- In the end, click the search button. Your admit card will be on your screen.
- Download it and take a printout of your form.

Instructions for the MDCAT Test:
- It is mandatory for students to reach the test centre at 9:00 PM. The test will start at 10:00 PM, so you should report at least an hour before the test starts.
- Students will be served with the MCQ response form before the commencement of the test, on which instructions will be mentioned and students have to answer on that sheet as well.
- You must bring the original CNIC/NICOP/JC/Passport/B-Form along with a roll number slip at the exam centre.
- Candidates can also bring a transparent clipboard, 2 ball pens, and a transparent bottle of water.

UHS Entry Test Seating Plan Details:
UHS MDCAT entry tests seating plan detail is given for the female and male students. So those candidates who are going to appear in this test can now check the seating plan. These details are mentioned on your UHS MDCAT Roll Number Slip 2025. There are also details like the test centre name, address, starting time, hall number and seat number mentioned on the slip.
