CDA 2024: HR/Admin Discipline Internships
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is offering internships in the Human Resources and Administration Department for the 2024 academic year. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and knowledge in the areas of Human Resources and Administration in a government setting. The Interns will be provided with training and guidance by the CDA Human Resources and administrative staff and will have the opportunity to participate in the operations of the department, as well as other projects and initiatives of CDA.
- Estate Discipline Internships
CDA Pakistan Estate Discipline Internships are designed to provide the internees with practical experience in the field of estate management and land administration. Interns will be assigned projects in one of CDA’s estate management offices where they will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, participating in the management of large tracts of land including dealing with legal issues, engaging with local communities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. What Documents are required?
- Duly Filled Form with attested copies of degrees
- CNIC

What are the Eligibility Criteria?
- Candidates of an age less than 28 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have acquired the requisite educational qualification/ degree (16 years of education).
- Candidates who completed their degree within the last three (3) years are eligible to apply.
Instructions for the Interview
- There will be a walk-in interview on the dates mentioned above with different disciplines.
- The required documents will also be seen by the interviewing committee at the time of the interview. Candidates with incomplete forms/documents will not be entertained.
- Interviews will be conducted at the CDA office in Multi-Purpose Ground F-6 Islamabad.
Stipend & Duration of Internship
The duration of the internship will be 6 months and a monthly stipend of RS. 40,000 (taxes shall apply) will be paid to the internees.

Termination Policy of CDA Internship
Interns can request the termination of their internship on 15 days’ notice in writing but an internship completion certificate won’t be given in such cases.
Other Instruction
- The internship is neither an offer of appointment nor shall confer the right of employment.
- The internees will only be entitled to the lump-sum stipend mentioned above.
- Placement, assignment of duties, and termination of internship shall be at the discretion of CDA.
- No TA and DA funds will be paid by the CDA to the internees.
- The interns will be governed by the rules of CDA with regard to disciplinary and confidentiality matters.
