ICAP has formed a governing council within its premises which is responsible to carry out all the related functions regarding affiliations, authentications, and verifications. This council comprises 19 members, ICAP is not free from the influence of the federal government because it is a government-owned body and that is why out of those 19 respective members 15 members of the council are being elected by the ICAP members while the remaining 4 council members are being selected by the Federal Government.
