NED University 1st, 2nd, 3rd Merit List 2017

1st, 2nd, 3rd Merit Lists 2017 of NED University of Engineering and Technology in both Open and Self Finance Scheme will be available here on this page so all those students who have submitted their application form for taking admission in the NED University can easily view the complete merit lists 2017 from here. NED University is the oldest University of the Pakistan providing engineering education to the students as it were established in year 1977 when the NED Government Engineering College were upgraded from college to a University. When NED Government college were established the first batch of the college were only 50 students and in year 1977 when college upgraded to the University Level there were total 7000 student registered in it. There are total 3 merit lists that were displayed by the NED University and one of the officials that is University’s admission Director said that hopefully the first merit list of NED University Merit List 2017 will be displayed on September, 2017 and after that the candidates who’s name is in the first merit list will appear in an interview session on September, 2017 and then the successful candidates will be there for taking admission in NED University.

NED University Entry Test Result 2017 is announced as the test were taken from all the willing students on September, 2017 and in that entry test there were thousands of the students appear in this test as according to an estimate more than 8000 students were there in this test. Among 8000 students only 2209 students will be able to get admission because of the limited seats. So students keep in touch with this page in order to get NED University Open, Self Finance NED University Merit List 2017.

The officials of the NED University said that as University is going through financial crises that are the reason that University management decided that this year 25% students will get admission in the University in self Finance scheme. As from previous all year there were total 336 seats were reserved for the self finance but now this year the total number of seats for self finance will be 536 as 50 seats in each Engineering programs is increased and these programs are Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Chemical Engineering. The total Fee of the Engineering programs for full degree us Rs. 600,000/- on self finance.

All those students who want to take admission in the NED University of Engineering and Technology must have to clear the entry test as it is compulsory for candidate to get 50 marks out of total 100 marks in the entry test only then the candidate are eligible to apply for the admission in the University. Right now students are just waiting for the NED University Merit List 2017 so that after seeing their name in the merit list they could submit their dues and with the commencement of classes they could be able to sit in the classes.

    Can you comments on following.
    1. Do you think that this year admission % will remain same as per last or will descrease.
    2. What is the criteria of SF. Like I pay SF payment now and my son names comes on meret list. In this case SF payment will returm?
    3. Will it be a meret list first and SF will be decided? or only have to apply in SF sceame.

      Arif i my point of view the Merit will be the same as it was last year and second in case if you submit SF Fee and then your name comes in the merit list then you cannot be able to demand back that SF Payment so make yourself clear that for what option did you want to go for..
