Details of Joining Pakistan Air Force:

  • All the candidates should have age 16 to 22 Years.
  • They should have the nationality of Pakistan
  • Candidates should have marital status as being single
  • The height of the male candidate should be 163 cm.
  • The height of the female candidate should be 163 cm
  • You will be getting training of period for 4 years (2 years as an aviation cadet and also 2 years as an officer in some respective institutions). This training will award you BS in Aviation Sciences and also a BS in Management from Air University Islamabad.
  • A candidate should be having a minimum of 60% marks in FSc (Pre-Engg / Pre-Medical / Comp Sc), FSc with Physics or ‘A’ Level with Physics and Maths or in Biology

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is the aerial warfare branch of the Pakistan Armed Forces. It is tasked with the aerial protection of Pakistan. It has also a secondary role of offering air support to the Pakistan Army as well as to the Pakistan Navy. It has a tertiary role in giving strategic air transport to Pakistan. It employs 65,000 full-time personnel and 973 combat aircraft. Its mission is to provide the most efficient aerial Defence of Pakistan. It has the establishment in 1947 and since then it has been providing aerial assistance to Inter–Services’s operations.

    I am a Pakistani citizen and I did my higher education of Pre-Medical from an Indian School ,Kuwait. I scored of about 71.3% in FSC. I would like to know the procedure to apply in paf as in air defense.
