- Candidates who have qualified for the Intermediate education with Engineering Subjects F. Sc Pre-Engineering.
- Candidates have to secure a minimum of 60% marks from any HSSC.
- Diploma Holding Candidates DAE of three years can also apply for admission to BZU 2023.
- Only those candidates who have cleared the Engineering Entry Test which was conducted by UET on July 2023
