UET Taxila Merit List 2025 1st, 2nd, 3rd

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Taxila releases multiple merit lists for admissions each year. This page provides the official 1st, 2nd, and 3rd merit lists as soon as they are announced by UET Taxila.

Admission Process & Merit List Calculation

Admission to UET Taxila is based on a Pre-Admission Entry Test, intermediate (FSc Pre-Engineering) marks, and matriculation scores. The merit list is prepared using the following weightage:

• Entry Test: 30%
• FSc Marks: 70%

To secure admission, applicants must submit their admission form and receive an admit card for the entry test. Only candidates who meet the merit criteria will be included in the official merit list.

UET Taxila releases three merit lists due to the high volume of applications:

You can check your name in the merit list by following these steps:

3. Download the PDF File – Find your respective department’s list and check for your name and application number.

Interview Process for Selected Candidates

Once selected, candidates must appear for an interview conducted by a UET Taxila panel. Those who clear the interview must submit their required documents and pay their dues to confirm their admission. If a candidate fails to do so, their seat will be allocated to another applicant.

1. What if my name is not on the 1st merit list?

Wait for the 2nd and 3rd merit lists, as some students may withdraw their admission, creating vacancies.
