Documents Require with the Examination Form
All the following documents must be attached to the examination forms at the time of form submission.
- One Photocopy of the registration card (Both Sides)
- Last marks certificate (BA, B.Com), Attested with the examination form
- One photocopy of the computerized national identity card (Both Sides)
- Four Passport size photographs for both male and female
- Two self-addressed envelopes also have a residential phone number on them.
