Process of Financial Assistance

  • Those schools which are registered with PEC & selected in PEC NSP phase 7 will get financial assistance according to the following pattern
  1. For first six months assistance will be endowed for fifty students
  2. Next to six months this assistance will be increased to one hundred students
  3. For next of one year and above assistance will be increased for 150 attested students
  4. However after 2 years of attestation if any school / partner want to avail any other program offered by PEC will be bounded to that time restricted policies
  • After the six months of attestation with this programme the registered school will be bounded to provide / full fill the following facilities in his / her school
  1. 50 enrolled students (regular)
  2. Two proper rooms
  3. Two teachers with minimum qualification of Matric
  4. Furniture should be complete according to the numbers of students
  5. Pure / germs free water for students to drink
  6. Washroom with proper water system

Note: In order to accomplish this purpose PEC needs to open new primary schools in Punjab. For opening new school PEC requiring NGOs/ Persons and educational institutes to send their forms by following the rules and regulations as follows.

Conditions for NGOs / Educational Institutes

  • It is mandatory for an applicant to be registered with any district or province government
  • NGO or perform (head master/ principal) must have five years of experience of the work he is doing and he / she should be financially established
  • Minimum 50 formal schools is running under this body
  • NGO must attach the school name, district, Tehsil, level, type and contact person details attached with application form.

Conditions for Person (Principal/ Head Master)

  1. Minimum qualification must be intermediate
  2. Applicant must be national of relevant district
  3. Area from where the application form is submitting there is no any government school situated within 1 KM of surroundings
  4. Population of the applicant area should at least 350 persons
