At AFC Level:

  • At least A grade in HSSC/ 75% marks or equivalent
  • At least 65% marks in Bachelors level
  • At least two B’s in A Level

AT CAF Level:

For 1st Attempt of CAF Level

  • Module A / AFC passed in 1st attempt or Maximum of one failure (any one paper) in AFC level when applying for the first time after passing AFC only shall be acceptable.

After 1st Attempt of CAF Level

  • All papers passed in 1st attempt or overall a maximum of two failures in CAF level shall be acceptable.

KU BBA Admission Test/Karachi University BBA Admission Test 2015

KARACHI, Oct 28: Karachi University’s admission committee has announced that the aptitude test for admissions in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) programmes will be held on Oct 30.

Around 6,000 candidates are likely to take the test at the 13 centres set up for the purpose in different departments of the university. Candidates have been directed to reach their respective centres by 8.30am.

According to a KU press release issued on Wednesday, the candidates with form numbers between 0001 and 1387 will be seated in Block 1 (general history department), 1388-2722 in Block 2 (economics department), 2723-3983 in Block 3 (Islamic history department), 3986-4716 in Block 4 (Islamic learning department), 4717-5512 in Block 5 (mathematics department), 5513-6039 in Block 6 (geology department), 6040-6831 in Block 7 (physics department), 6832-7326 in Block 8 (zoology department), 7327-7807 in Block 9 (chemistry department), 7809-8311 in Block 10 (botany department), 8313-8738 in Block 11 (applied physics department), 8739-9281 in Block 12 (physiology department) and 9282-10001 in Block 13 (statistics department).

The details have also been uploaded on the university website (www.uok.edu.pk) while maps to guide candidates to the centres will soon be pasted at the Silver Jubilee and Maskan gates of the university.

The candidates whose centres have been set up in Blocks 1, 2, and 3 have been advised to use the Silver Jubilee Gate. Similarly, the candidates having their centres in Block 4, 5, 6 and 7 have been advised to use the Staff Colony Gate, while all other candidates can enter the university from Maskan Gate.

The candidates have also been informed that those using the Silver Jubilee Gate should park their vehicles in the Hockey Ground while those entering through the Staff Colony Gate should park their vehicles near the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Studies. The parking area along the administration block has been reserved for those who will use the Maskan Gate, according to the KU press release.Dawn
