This scholarship will only be awarded to students if their parents have a monthly income is less than 100,000 rupees.
Students must have a provincial domicile in order to get this scholarship.
Students must not be getting any other scholarship through HEC, PEEF, or others in order to get this scholarship.

Candidates can download their OPEF Application form from the OPEF website OPEF.org.pk or from the PEEF official website peef.org.pk. OPEF Scholarship 2026 Application Form can also be taken from the OPEF Head Offices.
