Eligibility Criteria

All the Punjab-domiciled candidates who have passed the FSc (Pre-Medical) with more than 60% marks.
The candidate must have scored 60% marks in MDCAT-2024.
For the BS Public Health program, the candidates who have passed F. A or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks can also apply. They must have passed NTS/NAT with at least 60% marks.

UHS Lahore Admission Procedure

For online applications, visit www.uhs.edu.pk. Select the program for which you are applying.
Submit an admission processing fee of Rs.2000/- at the National Bank of Pakistan, Sheikh Zayd Hospital Branch. You can also get the challan through a pay order/demand draft of the same amount to the name of Treasurer, UHS Lahore.
After submitting the fee, enter the number of the challan form in the prescribed place of the form.
Now fill out the application form completely and then print out the application form. After this, attach the copied documents and certificates including CNIC, Admission Test result card, and passport-sized colorful photographs.
After this, submit it to the office of the director Admin & Coord., UHS, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
For Hafiz-e-Quran candidates applying for the DPT program, 20 marks will be added to their Intermediate marks.
Foreign candidates must submit the equivalence certificate of IBCC.

M.Phil, Ph.D. Admission Criteria:

In order to be Admission to M.Phil pharmacy, the candidate must have at least a 3.0 CGPA in Pharm.D from any HEC-recognized institute.
For Ph.D. For pharmacy admission, the candidate must have a 3.0 CGPA in M.Phil Pharmacy to take admission.
Admission will be according to the instructions of the HEC and the University of Punjab.
Written Tests and interviews are compulsory to pass for admission to PUCP.
All admissions will be on a merit basis, however, there are some reserved seats for the students of PUCP.
Students can also apply on a self-financed basis.

Punjab University College of Pharmacy M.Phil, PhD Admission 2025 Form is available online on the admission portal. In order to apply online, the candidate has to visit www.admissionpucp.edu.pk.
