2. If you have made any mistake in data entry, complete the new form from the beginning, to go to the home page. You can fill in and print out a new form with the same CNIC until you get to the admit card.

• It is compulsory to attach a photocopy of your CNIC or B-form issued by NADRA.
• The Photocopy of Guardian or Father’s CNIC.
• Two Passport-size Fres photographs.
• Paid Challan Form Receipt campus copy.

Submission of Entry Test Form

• Candidates must have to submit their Entry Test Form during working hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM), but make sure before submitting that the forms must be completely and correctly filled.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear in the test without submitting of admission form
• Incomplete Entry Test forms or those forms sent through Courier are not acceptable.
• The Entry Test Fee is not transferable nor refundable.
