When to start preparation for CSS?

What should you do if you do not have enough time to prepare for the coming examination?

Your normal reaction to any such question is that you will take the examination next year. This is not a correct response. Our advice is, You must avail the coming chance even if you have only a few weeks at hand. It is so because of two reasons.

One: With the awareness that you have very little time left and you have to take the examination anyhow, you are likely to put in extra hard work. This might click and success may knock at your door unexpectedly.

Two: Even if you do not succeed, it matters little. You never expected miracles. But the most important thing that has happened to you is, that you have taken a start. You have gone through the experience of taking CSS Exam and you have learnt quite a lot about it. Out of the three admissible chances the first one that you have availed should be considered as trail chance. The second attempt will then be your target chance. The hard work that you have already put in is carried forward to the next year which can send your merit sky high provided you continue to work hard regularly and consistently.

If You don’t follow this advice the fear is that next year too, You will be dillydallying and dragging your feet in taking the first step. You will again get closer to the examination and suffer from the same excuse of being short of time.

You may adopt this “Trail and Target” strategy for the preparation of the examination even if you have plenty of time at your disposal.
