Note:
- Pre admission entry test forms are available on admission office, PUCIT, Old Campus Lahore on payment of Rs. 300/- for BS and MSc programs and Rs. 500/- for MPhil and PhD programs.
- Admission form will be provided to the qualifying candidates after the announcement of admission by the University Admission Committee.
