Education: Minimum Matric

Height: Minimum 5 Feet and 7 Inches

Chest: Minimum 33 and 34 ½ inches

After this you have to deposit NTS test fee Rs. 650/- in any branch of MCB, UBL, ABL, HBL Bank branch. After this fill in your NTS form and attach all the required documents including your educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, Medical Certificate, Character Certificate and 2 latest passport size photographs. You must attach the bank deposit slip with your form as any form without this slip will not be accepted.
