This Youth Internship program is an initiative that is taken by the CM Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif so that the fresh graduate could have opportunity to get an internship in the National and International Companies. Normally what happen when a students graduate in any of the subject and go in search of a job then the employee ask him or her their last experience that how much experience you have in the relevant field and there fresh graduate fails because they do not have any experience so what how could they get an experience if they do not allow to work so this is the biggest problems of the youth in Pakistan and a huge gap to to fill. That is why CM Punjab took this step and provide a platform to the fresh graduate so that they could get their experience in the relevant field and also took some stipend against their services provided to that organization. This Internship program is of 6 month and candidates could get Rs. 12000/- monthly.
