0

Are you seeking to determine that What To Do After BBA/ MBA In Pakistan Business / Job? Read out this entire post to get an answer and then analyze what you can do for a job or a business. People simply assume that once you have completed your education in business studies, you have to open up your own business. This concept is not entirely wrong, but there are many factors that need to be considered. First of all, studying management studies provides an individual with the know-how of how to manage anything, including themselves. Students in this field should know how best to utilize their time and resources to get the maximum benefit out of minimum costs. Immediately after the studies, it is unwise to delve into a business. Most people belong to the middle class and do not have the desired capital to start up a business. And even those people who do have the capital or running family businesses should at least do some job in other companies to gain the experience necessary to run their own business.

What To Do After BBA/ MBA In Pakistan Business / Job

When students complete their BBA and MBA in Pakistan they find what to do after BBA / MBA. So, for the guidance of the students we have mentioned some details which are discussed below.

What To Do After BBA/ MBA In Pakistan Business / Job

What To Do?

So the concept that because a student has completed their education in management studies, therefore, they must run their own business is incorrect. The norms and corporate culture, organization behavior, rules, and regulations, discipline, and experience are not something a student can gain when they are their own boss. They need to first experience what working is all about, how much hard work is needed to achieve small rewards, and how much effort is needed to put in the work. Only then and then can a student understand and appreciate the importance and small details of running their own business.

Of course, a student must have a certain idea of what they want to do once they complete their education and which field they want to join. After completing their degree what a student can do is to find a job in their desired field and understand the workings of that particular industry. There are also many Management Training Programs in many different organizations that students can avail of, where they get paid alongside learning the ins and outs of the business. Then internship is another program where students can understand the implications of working in a certain organization and understand how to work in an organization.

Conclusions

These programs are designed to provide the students with a kind of simulation or gist of how to act and work in a job environment and what is expected of them. The best thing to do is to first gain the necessary experience and then delve into starting their business. So decide early on and have a clear vision of what you intend to do with your future. A career is not something where a person can apply the trial and error method nor is it a place where people can take many risks. It is a very sensitive part of a person’s life and must be taken care of accordingly.

Hope you are all now fully aware that What To Do After BBA/ MBA In Pakistan Business / Job… I invite you to share your reviews and comments in the below-given box for other students who can benefit from your unique reviews. Thank You!

Other than that i also introduce quarterly extracurricular activities and in this way, students do get perfect physically as if they are physically strong only then they could give full concentration to their studies.

  • If we select you that what can you contribute to this Institution?

First of all, if I am selected only then will be able to enter into this institution system so after being a part of the system I would be able to suggest something if needed accordingly.

Well, this question is just to confuse the candidates and check their confidence levels. As you are not a part of the system then how could you be able to give suggestions to them that is why being an outsider this answer will be perfect.

  • Do you work as a Team Member and in your opinion how perfect is a Team work?

No matter in which profession we are but teamwork is the basic thing to make your work more perfect and outstanding. If you have organized any of the events or functions in your last institute then you can share with them the proper planning and execution of each plan while being a part of the Team.

  • What changes do you predict in our educational system of Pakistan in the next 4 to 5 years?

As technologies are changing every day so that is why just relying on the textbook to get the topic information is not just enough well there should be a major change in the course curriculum as well as the process of assessment could also be changed in my point of view.

  • How do you Develop the Self Confidence and Self Esteem in your Students?

One thing that every teacher should have to understand s that every students have different capabilities so that is why if we give a chance to only those students who are bright and have more confidence will not be a correct procedure at all. Through this, we actually lower the confidence of other students who are not so bright and confident. So that is why in each class and subject both the bright and dull students should be a part of the class activities as well as the extracurricular activities too. In this way, students could be in a state where they could overcome the fear of not performing well, and then over a period of time, those who do not have confidence will be in the line of confident and brilliant students.

  • How do you convey the Performance of any students to their parents in Parent Teacher Meetings and do this meeting helpful or not?

every parent sends their kid to the educational institute as they think a teacher is the person who could groom their children and will help them to get success in life as they are busy in the modern world in earning so the time they spend with their children are also decreasing which cause increasing the expectation of parents more to that institute as well as the teacher. So that is why the parent-teacher meeting should not be just a meeting where parents would be able to get the marks of their students. The basic emphasis on that day should be on the areas of strength and weakness every kid requires. Teachers should explain and everything to children in front of their parents so that the parent could also play a role in polishing its strength and overcoming their weaknesses.

  • What do you think how good are you in time management and handling work pressure?

Not for me but for every person who wanted to join a career as a teacher time management is very important. As if a teacher is a good time Manager only then they would be able to ensure the completion of the course and its all topic at the end of the year when after that students would be able to appear in the annual examination. First of all, I view the complete syllabus of the course and then calculate the time from when I have to start and when I have to end this course. That helps me in issuing each topic for a specific hour and then I strictly execute that plan during the whole year. In case of any disturbance in planning the management always support me in conducting the special classes so that I could complete the topic and then again get back on my track as I schedule at the start of the year.

  • What are your Career Goals and where you are seeing yourself in the next 10 years?

This question is asked to the candidates just to check how aspiring a candidate is towards their profession or if he or she is just happy with being a teacher all their life. So that is why your answer should be in a way that my career goal is to become the head of this educational Institute. The experience I have gained till now and the next year’s experience will surely make my goal clear to me and I definitely will achieve it.
